Pilates is a very popular training method designed to lengthen and tone muscles. Many of the moves are on the mat seated or lying down.There are usually only 10 repetitions for each move and it is very effective!This class is via Zoom app. Recordings available at your request.
Building strength in a way that is approved for those who do not like to lift:) 5 minutes for each muscle group: chest,back,biceps,triceps, and 5 minutes for the warm up and cool down. You need weights for this class and it is via Zoom app.
30 minutes of wow! 15 minutes of ab exercises. 1 minute per exercise. Rest when you need and rejoin when ready! Followed by 15 minutes of stretching!Recordings available at your request.

A ballet inspired workout next to a barre or counter top or back of couch! Be ready for numerous plies and some core work. 7 inch ball and circular band needed. Recordings may be purchased so you can move when you have time.

Middle eastern inspired movement. Finger cymbals veils and drum solos offered in this fun class with choreography!
